Flexible lab gas hoses, quick connect gas fittings and twist-lock plugs for power. This allows mobile lab bench and service reconfigurations to always be quickly completed - at minimum cost and down-time.
Gas services & power raceways can easily be added, moved or removed with the system's design.
The Ergolab™ benches work seamlessly with our other product lines such as Basic fixed laboratory casework, providing a great blend of possibilities in your laboratory layout.
Storage solutions include steel shelving and extra heavy duty framed shelves similar to the work surfaces that mount at any location vertically, including below the work surface. Laboratory casework is provided with modular cabinets as overhead storage, suspended or mobile. With the sturdy structure of the bench frames even two full depth work tops are possible.
Ergolab™ laboratory benches frames are available in multiple widths, heights (floor to top of upright) and configurations. Most common are low benches (36"h) and tall benches (77"h). Additionally we offer a 60" upright and have the ability to provide custom heights. Standard widths are 36", 48", 60" & 72" with custom widths available.
The uprights provide a structure to support shelving, laboratory services such as gas, power & data and well as a variety of accessories. The uprights are an extruded aluminum with front and back slot channels for attachment of accessories and a machined inner side for work top & shelf attachment. Work surface heights are adjustable from 14" to 50" from the floor.

Cabinets for the Ergolab™ system are designed as flexible modular units. They are available in a variety of sizes and styles both for suspended cabinets, mobile cabinets and over-counter storage. In addition to cabinets the table frame provides a structural support for various accessories such as keyboard trays, CPU holders and cable management. Available as mobile, caster based, suspended from the laboratory bench frames and overhead cabinets. Cabinet materials include, steel, wood, steel with wood fronts and laminate.
Shelves sit upon the base frame of the lab benches with additional front rail supports. These provide an extremely heavy weight load capacity. Available in Trepsa Top Lab Plus or Epoxy Resin.
Offered in powder-coated steel or with metal support structure and Trespa Top Lab Plus or epoxy resin for heavy duty applications. Depths: 15", 18" and 22".
Cantilevered shelves that suspend off of the uprights. These provide additional storage while allowing taller equipment such as mass spectrometers and centrifuges. Shelf surface can be Trespa Top Lab Plus or Epoxy Resin.
Available in epoxy resin and Trespa's TopLab Plus, phenolic resin, stainless steel, laminate, ESD laminate and butcher block.

Lab equipment needs change constantly and Ergolab™ mobile benches will keep up with these changes. Your laboratory fixtures also need to cater to these changes and our modular concept allows fills this need.
Flexible solutions with flexible hoses, cables and quick connects and modular service mounting provides the freedom to move and change at a minimal down-time and cost. Power and gas housings can be relocated on the benches in a matter of minutes.
This distribution through the ceiling grid with Ceiling Service Panels provides the ability to later access and relocate services if need, always allowing your lab to adapt to new equipment and technology with minimal down-time and cost.
Gas service panels mount to the rear of the uprights to provide inert gases, vacuum, air or burning gases to your equipment. Using quick connect fittings and flexible hoses provides simple installation and quick changes in the future.
The Ergolab™ benches are designed to work seamlessly with wall mounted services and raceways. This free-standing solution makes for a very quick installation of your benches.
Modular raceways and power strips mount directly to the uprights or horizontals of the bench frames. This allows the power and data to be positioned in nearly any location of the frame and allows fro simple relocation.
In addition to casework and shelving the bench structure provides support for most any needed accessory. We offer many standard accessory options and custom solutions to finish out your laboratory.
